Hi,
I still have an issue with a POS session that I do not know how to fix. When I open the POS session it shows that 90 transactions are waiting to be committed to the back end and I get this error on screen:
Traceback (most recent call last): File "/odoo/odoo-server/odoo/http.py", line 638, in _handle_exception return super(JsonRequest, self)._handle_exception(exception) File "/odoo/odoo-server/odoo/http.py", line 675, in dispatch result = self._call_function(**self.params) File "/odoo/odoo-server/odoo/http.py", line 331, in _call_function return checked_call(self.db, *args, **kwargs) File "/odoo/odoo-server/odoo/service/model.py", line 119, in wrapper return f(dbname, *args, **kwargs) File "/odoo/odoo-server/odoo/http.py", line 324, in checked_call result = self.endpoint(*a, **kw) File "/odoo/odoo-server/odoo/http.py", line 933, in __call__ return self.method(*args, **kw) File "/odoo/odoo-server/odoo/http.py", line 504, in response_wrap response = f(*args, **kw) File "/odoo/odoo-server/addons/web/controllers/main.py", line 878, in call_kw return self._call_kw(model, method, args, kwargs) File "/odoo/odoo-server/addons/web/controllers/main.py", line 870, in _call_kw return call_kw(request.env[model], method, args, kwargs) File "/odoo/odoo-server/odoo/api.py", line 679, in call_kw return call_kw_model(method, model, args, kwargs) File "/odoo/odoo-server/odoo/api.py", line 664, in call_kw_model result = method(recs, *args, **kwargs) File "/odoo/odoo-server/addons/point_of_sale/models/pos_order.py", line 512, in create_from_ui pos_order = self._process_order(order) File "/odoo/odoo-server/addons/point_of_sale/models/pos_order.py", line 102, in _process_order pos_order['pos_session_id'] = self._get_valid_session(pos_order).id File "/odoo/odoo-server/addons/point_of_sale/models/pos_order.py", line 73, in _get_valid_session 'rescue': True, # avoid conflict with live sessions File "/odoo/odoo-server/addons/point_of_sale/models/pos_session.py", line 194, in create res = super(PosSession, self.with_context(ctx).sudo(uid)).create(values) File "/odoo/odoo-server/odoo/models.py", line 3821, in create record = self.browse(self._create(old_vals)) File "/odoo/odoo-server/odoo/models.py", line 3984, in _create self._validate_fields(vals) File "/odoo/odoo-server/odoo/models.py", line 1070, in _validate_fields check(self) File "/odoo/odoo-server/addons/point_of_sale/models/pos_session.py", line 135, in _check_pos_config raise ValidationError(_("You cannot create two active sessions related to the same point of sale!")) ValidationError: (u'You cannot create two active sessions related to the same point of sale!', None)
When I "OK" the error, I start seeing this in the logs:
5001 WARNING testepos odoo.addons.point_of_sale.models.pos_order: session POS/2017/03/12/163 (ID: 163) was closed but received order Order 00163-001-0024 (total: 0.7) belonging to itWARNING testepos odoo.addons.point_of_sale.models.pos_order: attempting to create recovery session for saving order Order 00163-001-0024
5001 WARNING testepos odoo.models: pos.session.create() includes unknown fields: rescue
The user OK'd the error also and continued selling, so none if the transactions for the new session got committed. It seems that the new transactions are not been committed due to that one order from the previous session.
Is there anyway I can reopen session ID 163 as I'm sure that is what's stopping the other transactions from being recovered.
Also the "unknown fields: rescue" is throwing me. Any help would be appreciated.
Jim
