We are extremely frustrated with the current payment situation.
Our subscription renewal failed with the error “ERR: MID” when attempting to pay via Flutterwave. The issue occurred over the weekend, and there is no accessible support from either Odoo or the payment provider.
For companies that depend on Odoo for daily operations, this is unacceptable. A payment gateway error without immediate support exposes businesses to unnecessary operational risk.
