I tried Odoo.sh a while ago with version 17 but couldn't continue for some reasons. I did a backup of everything in Odoo 17.
I'm back now and want to restore this backup made in 17 to Odoo 18.
Would it be possible?

No, it is not possble.
A backup from version 17.0 of Odoo cannot be uploaded to Odoo 18.0.
You need to upgrade the database - see upgrade.odoo.com for more information.
