First, you need to add the enterprise addons to your instance and then to move your database from community to enterprise, you need to install enterprise-related modules in your existing community database.

I would suggest taking a database backup first and then applying the above steps.

I’m not using CloudPepper myself, but based on how most Odoo hosting platforms work, the process should look something like this:

To move from Odoo 19 Community to Odoo 19 Enterprise, you usually create a new Enterprise instance and then restore a backup of your Community database into it. Most providers offer a backup section where you can create and download a database dump, and a restore option on the new instance to upload that file again.

Typically the steps are:

1. Open your Community instance in the CloudPepper dashboard
2. Look for a Backup or Snapshots section
3. Create a new backup and download it
4. Create a fresh Odoo 19 Enterprise instance
5. Use the Restore / Import option on that instance to upload your backup
6. After restoring, Enterprise modules should activate automatically

For rollbacks, hosting platforms usually let you restore any previous backup from the same menu.

If CloudPepper uses a slightly different structure, their documentation or support team should point you to the exact menu names — but the general workflow should be very similar.
