While we migrating an odoo.sh database from odoo12 to odoo14, will the values in the custom module fields too migrated or only the fields of default addons?, what should we do in order to migrate the data in custom modules.

Hi,
When migrating a database from Odoo 12 to Odoo 14, the values in the custom module fields should also be migrated, provided that the custom modules are compatible with Odoo 14.
By default, Odoo will migrate the data for all installed modules, including custom modules. Then you need to migrate the custom modules to v14 while loading the v14 migrated db.
