Hi,

I just wanted to check whether I am the only one currently experiencing issues accessing my Odoo database. I'm in France.

It seems that everything is down on my end — the Odoo database itself as well as the website linked to the Odoo account. I’m unable to access anything at the moment.

Could you please confirm whether this is a general outage or something specific to my account?

It would be neat if there was a dedicated Odoo status page so we didn’t have to dig around the forum or contact support for incidents like this.

(Our databases are also currently down 😞)

Hello Based in Brussels. Production on line database is down. Impossible to connect. Help line odo explained issue with one of their providers.

Nous avons une erreur : ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT sur les navigateurs web. Avez-vous la même chose ?

Our database is down too and has been for the last hour and a half, I have raised it with Support and been advised that it is a server issue that is currently being worked on.

EDIT: Has someone amended my post? The link above has just appeared in my message but this wasn't me! Although it looks like someone has kindly found the specific server issue and posted it above.
