I cannot open any contact file (supplier or client) because ON RATE TIME DELIVERY gives error when I try to do it

on_time_rate is a computed field in re.partner added in purchase_stock addon. There is some changes happen 12 months ago in res.partner view in purchase_stock addons related to on_time_rate field. 

Did you update your code from github lately? 

Go to Apps and upgrade purchase_stock addons. This will solve your problem.

Obviously..

Installing on_time_rate is a computed field in re.partner added and you can find it in purchase_stock addons.

In my case on Odoo 14 community built on Ubuntu 20.04, I founded out purchase_stock was not installed. So, Install it resolves the problem. Thanks to you dear Waleed Mohsen.

Thank so much. Efectively I reinstalled PURCHASE_STOCK and this solved issue.

You are welcome. Open Apps and click update app lists and then upgrade module. Don't use uninstall and install because your data added to this module will be lost.
