Hi,

I'm running furniture retail business. I'm wondering how can I properly record cash deposit & withdrawal for company bank account? As this is our daily operation so it is very important, I don't wish to go to wrong way. Any help will be greatly appreciate.

Hi Max,

You have two option.

  1. Create bank statement (For the you have to maintain one bank journal with debit/credit account). And on bank statement you can create manually bank statement lines (for deposits, withdrawal, bank charges, interest..etc) daily/weekly/monthly. 2.You can directly create Journal voucher bank entries by selecting bank journal.
