. I have recently subscribed to Odoo and received a subscription code. However, I am unsure how to insert the code into my database and complete the activation process.  Could someone kindly guide me through the steps or point me toward relevant documentation? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Follow the below steps. 

Steps to Activate Your Odoo Database with a Subscription Code

  1. Log into Your Odoo Instance:
    • Go to your Odoo database URL.
    • Log in with your administrator credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Subscription Management Page:
    • From the top-right corner, go to Settings.
    • Under the General Settings or Subscription section, locate the "Activate your Subscription" or "Manage Database" section.
  3. Insert the Subscription Code:
    • You will find an option labeled "Activate" or "Enter Subscription Code".
    • Click this option.
    • Enter the subscription code you received via email.
  4. Confirm the Activation:
    • Click "Activate" or "Save" to apply for the subscription.
    • Odoo will validate the code with its servers and activate the database.
  5. Verify Activation:
    • Once successful, you should see a message indicating that the activation was completed.
    • The subscription details will also appear under Settings → Manage Database.
