Available Quantity and on hand quantity are not the same when dealing with Lot/Serial numbers. Available quantity for a specific Lot/Serial number is the quantity that is on hand AND not reserved. On hand quantity is how many that are in stock (whether they are reserved or not). I want to show the available quantity in the Lots/Serial Numbers list view so that my team can see which serial numbers are still available to sell. The available quantity can be viewed through Product>On Hand. However, I want to show it in the Lots/Serial numbers list view so that it can be viewed from the 'Detailed Operations' screen when assigning Lot/Serial numbers to a manufacturing order.

Let me clarify your issue
Your issue is when u reserve the Quantity for MO order and that Quantity on Lot Number not identical with the Quantity on the main Stock
So i need to ask you in case the Product Quantity consumed on Manufacture order how it can be same with the On hand Quantity
it should be less according to the Consummations in factory

Users want to choose specific Lot/Serial numbers when reserving them on the MO.
When doing so, they cannot see the 'Available Quantity'.
If the Serial Number has already been reserved by another MO, there is no way to see this without navigating to the Product Template.
If the user selects a Serial Number that is already reserved (Quantity on Hand = 1, Available Quantity = 0) then the Serial number is unreserved from the other MO. There is no alert or way to tell when this happens from the user perspective.
If I can add the 'Available Quantity' field to the Lots/Serial Numbers List View, then users can filter out Serial Numbers where the 'Available Quantity' is 0.
