Hello to all ! 


I installed Odoo19 CE, and im searching for an Helpdesk Module for this version . 

i found an app but for versions till odoo 18

The official Helpdesk module in Odoo is an Enterprise-only feature, and this remains the case in Odoo 19. That's why you're having difficulty finding a CE-compatible version.

  1. Odoo App Store - Head to apps.odoo.com and filter by Version 19 and search for helpdesk(https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/browse?search=helpdesk)
  2. Upgrade to Odoo 19 Enterprise The official Helpdesk module is only available in the Enterprise version. If support ticketing is critical to your business, this is the most stable and supported path.
  3. OCA (Odoo Community Association) The OCA maintains free, open-source Odoo modules. Check their Helpdesk repository: 🔗 https://github.com/OCA/helpdesk Look for a v19 branch
