Hello, I have make a test with Windows 2012 R2 an Ubuntu 13.10 Server. I h'ave the same problme at the installation of Ingram Module of BHC.

The error is in the file i18n/fr.po After delete the file, the module can be installed

The module is Ingram connector of BHC

a solution :

Solution: Open i18n/fr.po with eg UltraEdit

Then save the file in UTF8 format.
