I've a problem to receive email from my contact form in odoo website. When i complete the form i have a confirm message but no one email in my inbox.


- My SMTP work (when i add a new user, he receive the mail of invitation)

- My IMAP seem work (but i can't be sure for the moment, i've just a confirm message from odoo when i try the connexion)


I'm configured with google account.


note: i've the same problem when i try to send a mail with "discuss" application

The Contact form creates a Lead when the module website_crm is installed, check your leads and opportunities in the Sales menu and you could see there the contact form messages

We've a way to change the default team of sales? Opportunities of the form go directly in "direct sales" in place of "website sale".

Same thing for the default salesman, can we change him ?

You could change it an using automatic actions rule, but this could lead you to issues related to security rules for groups like "See own leads" when a user that have that group creates a lead and the rule change the commercial field
