I have successfully setup authorize, net and it is properly processing credit card payments when sending an invoice to the customer, they can pay via the link. However, I can either enable ACH (Echeck) OR credit card processing. I am unable to have both as an option. What do I need to change?

Thanks!

Edit:  I figured it out.  You just need to duplicate the authorize, net plugin and one is for bank and the other for CC.  Then both options show up.

Thanks for your quick reply.

Authorize, net  is set up for both echeck and credit cards and enabled.

Under payment forms, it shows either credit cards or echeck (ach).  I'm not able to post photos yet so I'm unable to show you but please see the copy paste below.

I am using the built in integration from odoo, not a third party.

I'm not quite sure where else to turn as I really need both options available to my customers.  It seems like the integration either calls for the echeck form or the credit card form.

It sounds like there may be a configuration issue in your Authorize.net account that is preventing you from enabling both ACH (Echeck) and credit card processing. Here are a few things you can check:

Check your merchant settings: Go to your Authorize.net account dashboard and check the merchant settings to make sure that both ACH (Echeck) and credit card processing are enabled. If one is disabled, you won't be able to process payments for that payment method.

Check your payment form: Make sure that your payment form is set up to allow customers to select both ACH (Echeck) and credit card as payment options. If one of the options is missing, customers won't be able to select it as a payment method.

Check your integration: If you are using a third-party integration or plugin, make sure that it supports both ACH (Echeck) and credit card processing. If it only supports one or the other, you won't be able to enable both as payment options.

Contact Authorize.net support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact Authorize.net support for assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and ensure that both ACH (Echeck) and credit card processing are enabled for your account.
