In Odoo v9.0 the chat bubble counter does not display a numerical count for any IM that happens between users. Odoo tells me this is only for emails sent.
Can I enable this notification/counter for direct messages? This seems like it should work this way..
1. Use the live chat to ask your questions.
2. The operator answers within a few minutes.
