I am working with some production orders for furniture . For example cutting wood , then drilling etc , i have set the duration for cutting for example and its 5 min and i have them in order for production with dependancies . Why after five minutes it keeps cutting and it doesnt shift to drilling which is the next order? I have to do everything manually?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project
- MRP

Hi,
The most likely reason your Odoo production orders aren't automatically transitioning to the next step after the set duration is that work orders need to be manually marked as "Done." Odoo's standard manufacturing process relies on a user (typically the worker) to explicitly complete a work order, which then triggers the dependencies and makes the subsequent work order available.
Hope it helps
