I would like to export the results of survey answers in an Excel sheet. How to export the survey answers to an CSV/Excel file?

If you first enable developer mode from Settings --> Activate the Developer Mode, you can then go to Surveys --> Configuration --> User Input Lines to see a list of all individual answers. After that you can use Action --> Export as usual to export the rows in CSV format.
You will probably want to use the Export All Data setting in the wizard to find all the fields you want to export.
