How to manage legal notes on invoices

In some countries, you have to add specific legal mentions to your invoices ( e.g. Intra-community VAT in CEE).

You can manage these mentions in Odoo by adding it to fiscal positions on the Accounting application.

Go to Configuration ‣ Fiscal Positions and chose the fiscal position you want the legal mention on. 

You can now add it at the bottom of the Tax Mapping tab and press the Save button. 

When you apply manually your fiscal fiscal position or automatically on a specific country or company ( How to use fiscal positions ), and create an invoice, your legal mention is now automatically added to the document.
