Xavier Pansaers (xp)

Xavier is Group Chief Sales officer of Odoo since April 2010. As CSO is reponsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation plans, distribution and channel strategy. 

Xavier has more than 18 years of sales & marketing experiences in fast growing companies. Very soon (1996-2001), he started as Managing Director Benelux of Premiere Global Services formely Xpedite Systems; global leader in enhanced electronic messaging. At that time, he met Olivier de Puymorin as principal investor of Belenux branch. In 4 years, the company grew yearly by 250% to hit 19M€. After the acquisition of Xpedite Systems by Premiere Global Services (Atlanta based company), Xavier joined at the very early beginning Arkadin Group (Paris); Global audio , web confereincing and collaboration provider (2012- 195Millions€) founded by Olivier de Puymorin in 2001. 
During more than 7 years he had several executive positions as Managing Director; EMEA Strategic Alliances Director & COO. Xavier launched several subsidairies in Asia, Canada & Nordics. Arkadin Group won Deloitte fast 50 2008 with 825.76% Revenue Growth. After several years of intense travelling, Xavier came back to Belgium and join a Merge&Acquitison boutique based in Brussels. As Associate Partner, he worked on several acquisition, LBOs & MBOs and had some board memberships in different companies (change management role). Xavier is graduated from Louvain University (Louvain-La-Neuve), has a MBA in public & international affairs and a MBA in Marketing Strategy.
