Ready to get your brains fired up for our second edition of Odoo Hackathon? The theme will be revealed 1 week before D-Day for more challenge, but be sure of one thing: your creativity and technical programming skills will be put to the test. 🤓
What? 48 intensive hours of intensive coding, teamwork and brainstorm to bring an innovative solution to the proposed topic! As the theme is kept secret until last minute, everyone starts with the same chances: no preparation beforehand 😈
Your prowess will be judged by a jury of Odooers and the best among you will of course be rewarded with amazing prizes for winners🏆
When? From Friday, November 24th at 7:00 pm, until Sunday November 26th at 7:00pm for the closing drink, where we'll hydrate your dry neurons 🍻
Where ? At the Odoo farm in Grand-Rosière-Hottomont 🐄🌾.
How? Each team will have its own room to brainstorm, develop great ideas and all the activities necessary to develop an innovative and unique project. When you need to take your mind off things, you will have access to the common room, the outdoor courtyard, and rest room and gaming room. So you can relax 100%!
Registration: The ticket price is a deposit to secure your place and will be fully refunded (VAT included) the day after the event. To make sure you receive the refund, pay by card (NOT Paypal), and fill in all your details (First name, Last name, Bank details).
⚠️ In case of cancellation after 17/11/2023, the deposit will not be refunded!

What's included
- Drinks: Water fountains, unlimited coffee, soft drinks, energy drinks, beers (in moderation of course. Just enough to let your imagination run wild)

What's not included
- Your camping gear: sleeping bag, air mattress, pillow, your teddy bear ⛺🧸
- Your computer (we will provide you with a second screen if necessary).
- Shuttle: please contact us if you have any problems getting here.
- 1 Pick up at Namur Station 🚈 is planned around 6 pm (please contact us if you are interested)

Terms & Conditions
The organizer reserves the right to refuse or accept any participation request.
Each participant agrees to be photographed and filmed during the hackathon and acknowledges that the photographs and videos may be used for the creation of communication supports.
A deposit is required to secure your registration. This deposit will be reimbursed within 30 days after you have actually attended. If cancellation occurs before 17/11, a full refund of the deposit will be provided. However, for cancellations after 17/11, the deposit will be retained by the organizer.
Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any materials or equipment provided during the event. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial liability for the participant.
All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone involved. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification.
Participants retain intellectual property rights to their work. However, by participating, they grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to showcase and promote their project.
Participants are responsible for the security and care of their laptops and necessary equipment brought to the hackathon. The organizer bears no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event
