Hi guys,

I have an Amazon SES which is config and test successfully in "Outgoing mail server" section.
Both email address and domain in Amazon console are verified as well.
But when i click on button "Send an invitation email" for an user "never connected" then a pop-up likes " Mail delivery failed via SMTP server 'None' " is displayed.

A whole failed message is: 
SMTPDataError: 554
Message rejected: Email address is not verified. The following identities failed the check in region US-EAST-1: =?utf-8?b?VHLhu6Ugc+G7nyBjaMOtbmg=?= <contactus@tmt-vietnam.com>, contactus@tmt-vietnam.com

My email address is verified in my Amazon SES is: no-reply@viettotal.com
My domain is verified in my Amazon SES is: vanphongso.vn


Any helps?

I have the same problem with our odoo.sh account, using the E-Mail marketing app with an outgoing mailserver. SES account is productive and our domain is set up correctly, but getting and smtp error:


SMTPDataError: 554 Message rejected: Email address is not verified. The following identities failed the check in region EU-CENTRAL-1: bounce+17284@custom.odoo.com

Any suggestion?

Did you check that you have assigned the proper AWS region when validating? I had the same issue once and my outgoing mail server was assigned to the wrong region.
