Does anyone know how to reduce the size of an image in a pdf report with Studio, Odoo 16?

Hi,
1.Install Studio Module
2.Open the module in which you need to change the size of the image in report
3.Click On the studio button
4.Click On Reports
5.Choose the report template that you need to customize
6.Under the Report section you can see XML . Click on XML
7.Choose the template Id And change the style of the image
