Good afternoon, when I migrate my server from a Linux to a Windows one and restore the database, I get a legend when entering that says the database was neutralized.
Could you tell me what I can do to solve this error.
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Accounting
- Inventory
- PoS
- Project
- MRP

Hi,
What is the issue you facing here ? Did you checked the Neutralize flag while restoring the database ? If yes, the database will get neutralized, that means, all payment providers and mail server etc will get inactive.
If you don't want to neutralize the database, delete the current db or keep it as it is, and restore the backup once again without ticking the Neutralize flag in the db restore page and see, if it works well.
Thanks
Hi,
Kindly check the version of odoo on your Windows server. I think your Windows server is running the Community version of Odoo, while your old Linux server was running the Enterprise version.
Thanks

Ok, in this case the two servers were running with the Community.
Thanks
