It's quite annoying and unnecessary to receive many of the notifications Odoo automatically sends when a stage is updated for a task or when someone has been assigned to an activity. Is there a way I can disable some of these?

For example, there's one that says "Dear [name], [so and so] has just assigned you the following activity:". It's an internal communication. There's a banner that says "Activity: Exception". How can I tell Odoo not to send these as messages OR emails?

Hi,

You can disable the automated email notifications in Odoo by deactivating the scheduled actions and automated rules for specific actions. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings and enable Developer mode.

2. Select Technical -> Scheduled Actions under the Automation section.

3. Find the scheduled action that you want to disable and click on it.

4. Inside the scheduled action form view, there is an option called Active. Use that to deactivate the action.

5. Additionally, check the Automation Rules under the Automation section as well.

Hope this helps!

I am unable to determine which scheduled action would relate to these notifications that are being sent out. Do you know which scheduled actions would relate to notifications about stage updates and being assigned to the Exception Activity?
