Hi, I am trying to install Cybrosys base accounting module but get the following error:-

The operation cannot be completed: another model requires the record being deleted. If possible, archive it instead. Model: Follow-up Criteria (followup.line), Constraint: followup_line_followup_id_fkey

I'm on Odoo ver15 community. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Either you can try fixing yourself or report it to the author of the module, also make sure that the modules are added properly to the addons path, service has been restarted after adding the module.

Hi, I have reported it to the author but they cannot recreate the error. I have also tried the om_account_accountant and uninstalled it to be able to install this one.
