The solution covers CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Service Management, Repairs, Accounting, and Expense Management, providing a centralized platform to manage operations across multiple companies within the group.

Through Odoo, Plementus enabled InterBolt to establish an integrated lead generation and marketing management process, including website integration and campaign tracking across digital channels. The implementation also optimized sales operations by improving quotation workflows, stock visibility, delivery tracking, and coordination between sales engineers, technical teams, and cost management.

In addition, the solution enhanced after-sales service operations by managing installation activities, training documentation, repair cycles, spare parts tracking, and technician expenses.
