Alawite Islamic Charity Association
The Alawite Islamic Charity Association (AICA) is a non-governmental organization located in Lebanon that was founded in 1950. It is registered under the decree No. 4500/1950 and aims to claim the rights of communities through development and social projects as well as health care and medical services. Its projects and activities aim to mitigate all forms of discrimination towards civil rights access (medical, health, education, work opportunities, or any other additional required support), raise individual and collective awareness, mainstream protection and disseminate risks prevention. The intervention strategy consists of a holistic approach within development, advocacy and resilience as well as relief and emergency response action. AICA ensures equity & access to Human Rights for vulnerable communities with facing any kind of discrimination.With its growing portfolio of services, AICA needed a reliable system to streamline their operations across all verticals.
NavyBits implemented Odoo 16 and provided solution to manage their medical center, their community restaurant as well as the core workflows of the organization, all in one database.
NavyBits and Odoo allowed AICA to better understand their data by branch and cost center and overhauled the patient processing in their medical center.
Odoo was a perfect fit for the needs of an NGO like AICA and allowed easier compliance with the obligations towards the international donors supporting the association. NGO

Ze bieden duurzame elektriciteit services, starten de creatie van 5 miljoen groene jobs en vermijden één miljard ton CO₂-uitstoot tegen 2030. Zij wilden hun vele internationale leden beter beheren, zodat ze op verschillende interesse-velden konden zoeken als ook de facturatie van de jaarlijkse bijdrages. Al Sama Project is a non-profit organization that operates four schools across Beirut to
provide underprivileged children with access to quality education. They faced
challenges managing multi-entity finances, donor tracking, and HR operations across
Lebanon, the UK, and the US using fragmented systems and manual processes.
Partnering with Azkatech, an Odoo Gold Partner, Al Sama implemented a centralized
ERP solution covering Accounting, HR, Project Management, CRM, and Procurement,
with full Salesforce integration. The solution enabled transparent donor fund tracking
and clear financial reporting across all schools and legal entities, allowing the NGO to
focus more on impact and less on administration. NGO

Asociación sin ánimo de lucro fundada en 2019 por Miguel Ángel Roldán, un profesor de Educación Física diagnosticado con Esclerosis Lateral Amiotrófica (ELA). Su objetivo es promover la investigación para encontrar una cura y mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes. La organización recauda fondos mediante eventos deportivos, venta de productos solidarios y actividades de concienciación, destinando el 100% de lo recaudado a proyectos de investigación y apoyo a enfermos y familias. L’Association Sportive du Golf des 3 Vallons gère plusieurs centaines d’adhérents du golf. Elle estreconnue d’utilité publique et a permis de former des centaines de jeunes dans son école et avec ses
deux pros.
Elle organise aussi une dizaine de compétitions et autant de sorties golfiques. Elle enregistre enfin les
licences de presque tous les membres du golf.
Il fallait donc à l’Association un logiciel qui soit capable de tenir une comptabilité d’association, de
vendre des prestations en ligne et de gérer ses achats. Odoo le fait à merveille, la numérisation
automatique des factures fournisseurs, le paiement en ligne, l’établissement de factures normées …
tout passe par Odoo et Nexelans.
L’implémentation du logiciel a été effectuée sans anicroche en quelques jours et le site est désormais 100% opérationnel. NGO
