البداية والحاجة إلى التحول

اختيار Odoo والشراكة مع Digital Harbor
في سعيها لتحديث البنية التحتية التكنولوجية، اختارت مختبرات فحص المعادن منصة Odoo، بالتعاون مع Digital Harbor، لتنفيذ مشروع التحول الرقمي. Odoo، بما توفره من حلول متكاملة لإدارة الأعمال، قدمت الأدوات اللازمة لأتمتة العديد من العمليات الحيوية مثل إدارة العملاء، تتبع العينات، الفوترة، وإدارة الجودة.
التحديات والإنجازات
كانت أبرز التحديات التي واجهتها المختبرات خلال هذا التحول هي تدريب الموظفين على استخدام نظام جديد وتحديث البيانات التاريخية لتتوافق مع المنصة الجديدة. ومع ذلك، كانت النتائج تستحق الجهد. لقد ساهمت Odoo في تحسين كفاءة العمليات وزادت من دقة البيانات، مما أكسب المختبرات ثقة أكبر من عملائها.
