Altade implemented a comprehensive Odoo ERP solution for a kit-based products company, integrating sales, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, and accounting into a single platform. The solution streamlined the end-to-end process from sales and kit preparation to stock movements, deliveries, and financial operations, improving coordination across multiple departments. API integrations with external systems automated data exchange and reduced manual work, while centralized information and standardized workflows delivered greater operational visibility, efficiency, and control

We are using Odoo to develop and enhance our customer, manufacturing and logistics interfaces. We aim to provide a 'Wow' experience for our customers. To meet this goal, we are improving our ERP system by embracing key areas within Odoo that will improve and streamline our manufacturing and logistics processes. We are also looking at how Odoo can directly improve our service to customers, through its Sales and CRM system.
