Airvent is a wholesaler in airconditioning and ventilation equipement. Custom manufacturing of high end equipement and bulk sales for b2b. To optimize their business flows they contacted Applix and together we revamped the website and production process. We implemented Odoo including accounting, webshop, sales-purchases and production.

Hulpiau is a high end jeweler and watch dealer. Applix was tasked to update their current online presence with a more contemporary website and content customization for their webshop. We made a custom theme and implemented only slight changes in odoo to cater to their needs.

Basix is gespecialiseerd in het leveren en plaatsen van afsluitingen en poorten op
maat. Om hun sterk groeiende activiteiten vlotter en schaalbaarder aan te sturen,
kozen ze voor een doorgedreven digitalisering met Odoo als centrale
bedrijfsoplossing.
De initiële focus lag op het stroomlijnen van de verkoopflow bij Basix. Centraal hierin
stond de ontwikkeling van een dynamische productconfigurator waarmee verkopers
op een snelle en gebruiksvriendelijke manier maatwerkoffertes kunnen opstellen.
Dankzij deze configurator kunnen complexe producten — zoals afsluitingen met
bijhorende palen, draad en poorten — samengesteld worden op basis van specifieke
parameters zoals hoogte, diameter, type plaatsing en tussenafstand. Deze
parameters bepalen automatisch welke materialen nodig zijn, berekenen de kostprijs
en stellen meteen de correcte verkoopprijs voor.
Daarnaast zorgt de configurator ervoor dat bijhorende plaatsingstaken automatisch
worden toegevoegd aan het projectdossier. Dit maakt het mogelijk om zowel de
commerciële als de operationele impact van een offerte al in een vroeg stadium
correct in te schatten, wat later in de planningsfase doorslaggevend is.
Met Odoo beschikt Basix vandaag over een schaalbaar platform dat hun volledige
operationele werking ondersteunt — van eerste klantcontact tot uitvoering en
opvolging op de werf.

Oldies Goldies whisky is a small family business that sells very rare and limited whiskies.
They came to Applix with the requirements of a webshop that would allow flexibility and cover the future growth of the company.
A custom template was tailored based on their needs and wishes. Integrations with an external payment provider and postal service are also customized.

Brutus+ is a menswear fashion boutique. A lightweight implementation of odoo with warehouse management, accounting and pos supports the shopkeeper so she can focus on the fashion aspect.

De witte zwaan is a coffee roaster and supplier for both b2b and b2c. They have a long standing tradition of coffee and have an exquisite shop for liquid black gold. They partnered with applix to automate their purchase and sales flow and get an easy to use POS in the shop.

Following a failed project from a competing CIS, Applix provided a phased approach to a full fledged erp implementation starting from the highly tailored quotation process, CRM, measuring and planning department, converting kitchen designs into product list, purchase and bill of material work, plugins with industry standard portals, external shipping routes, warehouse management, accounting, dunning, online portal, tablet adoptation, services, warranty etc. Department by department employees were gradually migrated to odoo in a controlled fashion.

De schooltassen kan je wereldwijd kopen. Odoo ondersteunt er de webshop, marketing, aankoop, verkoop, voorraad, boekhouding en documents app. Verder werden er modules op maat gemaakt om hun voorraad te automatiseren met Bleckmann en hun verkoop met Shopify.
