Odoo Partner CloudERP  implemented Odoo for Assurances Bronckart. We talked to Didier Bruyneel & Eric Geens from CloudERP about this project.

Tell us about Assurances Bronckart and its business  

Assurances Bronckart is an insurance broker, mainly active in the South of Belgium, arranging insurance coverage with all main insurance companies for more than 350 customers. The family business currently works with a team of 3 people.

What challenges did the company face before you implemented Odoo and what specific needs were addressed by the solution?  

Assurances Bronckart needed to have instant access to all the customer details (name, companies, relations between family members) and their respective contracts (type of contract, vendor, expiry dates). All the data were available, however they were not well structured. Therefore the retrieval of the needed information was quite difficult, leading to contracts not renewed in due time.

What solution was delivered?  

After analyzing the needs of the company, we suggested to implement the modules Odoo CRM/Sales and some other customized features such as adding the details of the family members for each client, etc.

How has this impacted Assurances Bronckart's business?  

Implementing Odoo made it a breeze to keep an eye on the customers and their contracts. When customers call, Assurances Bronckart can instantly retrieve all the information with regards to the running contracts, and can even proactively contact customers in case their contract is expiring.

CloudERP was key to the success because they have the ability to quickly adapt the software tailor it to suit the customer's needs.  

How would you describe what the company values most about Odoo?  

Assurances Bronckart chose Odoo because they perceived the apps as reliable, and the interface as very intuitive and easy to use.

As soon as we started to use Odoo, the time we spent on all the administrative processes was reduced dramatically. The CRM module helped us to keep a good track of what we were doing and gave us a much clearer vision of where we were going. CloudERP has helped to structure the company efficiently.
