Before implementing Odoo, Arista Group was a long-term user of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. It recalled the former ERP as an old and traditional system, after trying to adapt to its rigid user interface and customizations. Through a demo trial, the company’s director found that Odoo allows flexible software developments and is faster and more reliable (than the previous ERP) in monitoring overall operations.

The company’s experience with Odoo has only been improving as processes are even faster and more fluid upon each new software update. Before Odoo, Arista used Microsoft FRx for financial reporting and analysis. Generating a single financial report for 1 company (50 branches) would take 1 hour. And as they needed to process 10 companies' reports, it would take a whole day’s time.
