How to solve the following situation:

I have exactly 366 products, each with 5 categories.

Each of these categories has an information for selling it as a single item.


Are variants the right structure for?

How could it work, that selected registered customer can access the mentioned information with sending the product number and the category, without any manual interaction?

And I want to create 3 times a day an invoice about all the bought requests from the last period and send it automatically.

Hi,
I hope the variants is the right way to go, considering the category you have mentioned is a spec of the product, for example you have iPhone 15 with its specs(Categories in your case) as 64GB, 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB

If the above is the case, Yes the product variants is the right choice.

And in the last part of the post, are you looking a way for customers to place an order ? Ecommerce app will help for it.
