Unroasted , formerly Cafemporio, was established in Wroclaw, Poland in 2014 and since then has been providing high quality unroasted beans and fast and reliable service to the Polish and Eastern European coffee market. During our journey, we learned that every grower and roaster faces individual challenges and should receive personal attention to deal with them. One of our goals is to build good relationships and understand how we can support and become a bridge between both sides of the coffee market. In order to improve not only the quality of coffee, but also the quality of the services we provide, we create relationships by approaching everyone with an open and flexible attitude; listening, trying to understand and taking action.

Knowledge is power! It is with this approach that we strive to provide roasters with proper education on coffee cultivation and provide feedback to growers on roasting preferences coming directly from the roasters we work with. We believe that the transparency that comes from consistent communication between Roasters and Growers will create a database of information, challenges and solutions, leading to more informed decision-making and industry growth.

It is important that we support and promote creative ideas and innovations that can increase quality, improve sustainability and ethical standards in the coffee industry.
