About the job
As a Customer Support Analyst, you'll be the link between our users and Odoo, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of our software.
In your day-to-day work, you'll investigate functional and technical issues, analyze each case to find the best solution, and collaborate with different teams across the company to deliver high-quality support. Your direct interactions with users will also provide valuable feedback to help continuously improve our product and documentation.

Responsibilities
- Help customers get the most out of Odoo Business Apps.
- Resolve functional issues.
- Interact with customers and prospects through tickets, live chat, and phone calls.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Improve the overall customer experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product and documentation.
- Participate in side projects such as recruiting, onboarding, and training new colleagues.

About you

Here's what we expect from you:
Must have
- ¡Strong motivation for research!
- English proficiency: C1/C2 (required).
- Spanish proficiency: Minimum B2.
- Creative thinking and a strategic problem-solving mindset.
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Customer-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Experience working with an ERP system.
- Technical knowledge of XML, Python, JavaScript.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and collaborative team player.
- Eagerness to continuously learn and take a proactive approach to work.

Compensation
At Odoo, we believe in autonomy and real ownership. That's why we often say that one year at Odoo is worth at least two years anywhere else in terms of learning, responsibility, and professional growth.
If you already have experience in a similar role, you can roughly estimate the salary we would offer by dividing your years of relevant experience by two.
Our salary ranges are:
- 1 – 3 years of experience: €23,000 – €35,000
- 3 – 6 years of experience: €35,000 – €45,000
- 6 – 8+ years of experience: €45,000 – €54,000
