Our Modules: 

1) AISA – AI Sales Automation Module

This module will automate lead generation and sales acquisition using AI-driven engines. The system will retrieve new business leads from multiple external lead sources such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Aleads and similar lead providers, and automatically import them into Odoo CRM as Raw Leads. The module will also apply customized automation workflows to push leads through CRM stages intelligently. Advanced AI WhatsApp Chatbot + AI Cold Call Voice Engagement will interact with prospects, qualify them automatically, understand their business needs, pitch product portfolio, and attempt to book meetings and conversions. The end goal is to continuously transform raw outbound leads into actual qualified customers with minimum manual effort.

2) B2B Trading Module

This module is designed specifically for General Trading companies to streamline their end-to-end B2B trading workflow inside Odoo. It will organize initial business inquiries into structured Odoo records and automatically convert them into Sales Quotations. Based on product requirements and sourcing logic, the module will also generate RFQs to vendors automatically and manage the B2B cycle from inquiry → quotation → vendor sourcing efficiently in one integrated flow inside Odoo.

3) Executive BI Dashboard Module

This module will create a customized real-time Business Intelligence dashboard for management and board level usage. The dashboard will consolidate Sales performance, Procurement cost structures, Trading margins, Operational KPIs, Receivables exposure, Payables obligations, Cash flow exposure and Pipeline velocity in one visual decision cockpit. The system will pull live Odoo data across CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting and Projects and compute executive metrics like Gross Margin %, Revenue Run Rate, Lead → Win Conversion Ratio, Aging exposure, Inventory Turnover and Deal Profitability. This dashboard enables management to make faster strategic decisions, monitor business risk instantly and drive the entire revenue cycle from one centralized view.

4) X2 Procurement Module

This module enhances the Purchase Department capabilities and provides an integrated view between Sales and Procurement in one management dashboard. Purchase managers and decision makers will be able to track the profitability, margin, risk and cost benchmarks of all procurement linked to sales deals in one screen. The purpose is to provide full commercial visibility of each deal’s cost-to-profit performance and help companies maximize profit or prevent deal loss through real-time insight.
