Le principal défi était de digitaliser la gestion des devis, achats, ventes et comptabilité, tout en structurant leur webshop et en prenant en charge l’import massif de données produits.
Nous avons implémenté la comptabilité dans Odoo, automatisé la génération de devis via l’import de fichiers Excel fournisseurs, centralisé les ventes et achats, développé un webshop référenciant les produits disponibles, et intégré le master data par lots. Cette infrastructure ERP robuste est prête à supporter leur expansion locale dans trois pays africains.
Résultat : ils bénéficient d’une meilleure visibilité financière, les achats sont optimisés, les immobilisations financières réduites, et l’ensemble des processus consolidés dans une plateforme unique. Vente en gros / Vente au détail
