Dankzij de projectmodule kunnen ze per klant of werf nauwkeurig plannen en prestaties registreren. De koppeling met urenregistratie maakt een transparante en accurate facturatie mogelijk, rechtstreeks vanuit het systeem. Kuwait Protocol implemented a Customer Centric CRM Module and customized it with many features and functionalities based on their needs and requirements.
We thoroughly examined their operations in order to identify areas for improvement. The Sales and Accounting module will assist them in creating invoices with a single click based on quotations and sales orders, as well as logging payments. We also implemented the modules Invoicing, Documents, and Subscriptions.
In addition, we provided additional security measures to ensure data security. Furthermore, we advised on best practices and provided ongoing comprehensive technical support, including bug fixes, system monitoring, and updates.

The Inventory Module helped optimize stock levels and warehouse management, preventing both overstocking and stockouts. The Invoicing Module automated the billing process, reducing manual errors and improving financial accuracy. Finally, the Picking Operations Module was introduced to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment, ensuring that customer orders were processed correctly and delivered on time.
The integration of these Odoo modules led to significant improvements in operational efficiency.
