is gespecialiseerd in bedrijfswageninrichtingen en fleet management, zodat fleetowners volledig worden ontzorgd. van de Zaag helpt hen vooruit en voorziet ze van efficiënte tools en alle gemak onderweg.De volgende doelstellingen zijn behaald door het overstappen van AMF (Microsign) naar Odoo:
Veel betere communicatie over alle afdelingen heen, want odoo (chatter) maakt samenwerken eenvoudig en leuk.
Efficiënter werken: Dankzij de volledig Cloud gebaseerde oplossing kan er zowel via pc als smartphone worden gewerkt, plaats onafhankelijk - ideaal voor verkopers en monteurs op locatie.
Meer inzicht en behoud van gegevens: Er is een complete historie van inrichtingen (inclusief foto’s) beschikbaar, evenals alle communicatie.
Tijdbesparing: door de geïntegreerde oplossing (order, inkoop, factuur, boekhouding) is dubbel werk overbodig geworden. Ook de eenvoud en het gemak van corrigeren (zonder verlies van inzicht) levert veel tijdbesparing op.
Specifiek aan offreren is bij van de Zaag: Er wordt gedacht vanuit een bestaande bedrijfswagen, waarbij de wagen de mogelijke inrichtingen beperkt. De koppeling tussen het type auto en de beschikbare opties is eenvoudig in Odoo te maken en te beheren. Dit maakt bestellen zowel voor de verkoopafdeling áls ook voor de klant zelf zeer gebruikersvriendelijk. Hoewel orders automatisch kunnen worden gepland, heeft van de Zaag ervoor gekozen dit handmatig door de planningsafdeling te laten uitvoeren.
In fase 2 is een nieuwe website en webshop ontworpen met onze webdesignspecialist binnen dooIT. Het resultaat is te zien op https://www.vandezaag.nl. Deze website bevat ook een webportaal voor klanten, waar zij kunnen inloggen om bestellingen te plaatsen en de historie van orders, leveringen, facturen en tickets te bekijken. Op basis van de website-layout zijn ook templates ontworpen voor gebruik in de e-mailmarketing-app van Odoo. van de Zaag werkt met de custom versie van Odoo in een sh omgeving, zij heeft nu 32 Odoo apps actief binnen 3 bedrijven (multi company).
