Vanderhoeven International is een gespecialiseerde groothandel en producent van hef- enhijsproducten, met een sterke reputatie in maatwerkoplossingen, assemblage en betrouwbare levering
binnen diverse sectoren. Met circa 16 medewerkers opereert de organisatie in een omgeving waarin
kwaliteit, veiligheid en leverbetrouwbaarheid centraal staan.
De bedrijfsvoering bestaat uit een combinatie van verkoop, voorraadbeheer, assemblage, snijden en
printen, confectionering, kwaliteitscontrole en expeditie. Door de groeiende behoefte aan digitalisering
en traceerbaarheid ontstond de wens om processen efficiënter in te richten, het handwerk te
verminderen en de integratie tussen afdelingen te verbeteren. Ook was er behoefte aan meer inzicht
in productie en logistiek, zodat knelpunten sneller herkend en opgelost kunnen worden.
Om deze ambities te realiseren is Vanderhoeven International in gesprek gegaan met Odoo. Na een
eerste verkenning is Tripleorange.com aangehaakt als implementatiepartner. In vervolggesprekken,
demo’s en een detailinventarisatie is gezamenlijk gekeken naar de processen en hoe deze optimaal
ondersteund kunnen worden binnen één geïntegreerd systeem.
De keuze voor Odoo is gemaakt vanwege de flexibiliteit en de mogelijkheid om alle kernprocessen,
zoals verkoop, voorraad, productie/assemblage, kwaliteitscontrole en expeditie, samen te brengen
binnen één platform. Doelstelling: duidelijke structuur, eenduidige informatievoorziening,
geautomatiseerde workflows, volledige traceerbaarheid en realtime inzichten.
Met Odoo als centrale basis en Tripleorange.com als partner werkt Vanderhoeven International aan
een toekomstbestendige inrichting van de bedrijfsvoering, waarin processen schaalbaar zijn,

Ze differentiëren zich door elke verpakking als uniek te beschouwen en gaan tot het uiterste om een kwalitatief product af te leveren.Odoo Enterprise zal onder andere hun Finance, Sales, Purchase eCommerce processen stroomlijnen waarbij ze ook hun website zullen laten ontwikkelen in Odoo.
