Description : Basé à Nantes et Paris, TalenCo accompagne les entreprises dans leur transformation en réconciliant performance opérationnelle et engagement des équipes. Le cabinet est spécialisé dans l'acculturation au digital, le leadership agile, la mise en œuvre de la méthode OKR (Objectives and Key Results) et l'intégration de l'intelligence artificielle générative dans les métiers (marketing, RH, vente). Ils se distinguent par une approche pédagogique innovante et des laboratoires d'expérimentation (Co.Lab) dédiés au futur du travail.
Le Projet : Déploiement d'une solution métier sur Odoo v18 couplée au module spécialisé Asqualio. L'enjeu était de digitaliser l'intégralité du cycle de formation tout en garantissant la conformité stricte aux exigences Qualiopi :
- Mise en place des catalogues de formations, des sessions inter/intra et des programmes pédagogiques.
- Déploiement de portails dédiés pour les formateurs et les apprenants.
- Intégration du eLearning et des outils de sondages d'évaluation.
- Automatisation de la chaîne contractuelle : offres de vente, ordres de mission des formateurs et facturation.
Résultats :
- Conformité & traçabilité : Sécurisation totale du suivi Qualiopi (feuilles de présence, évaluations, archivage documentaire).
- Expérience Client : Optimisation du parcours digital pour les apprenants et les responsables de formation.
- Efficacité Administrative : Réduction drastique du temps de gestion manuelle et amélioration de la visibilité économique en temps réel.
- Modernité : Passage réussi sur la toute dernière version d'Odoo (v18), garantissant une infrastructure évolutive et performante.
