Description : Acteur majeur du retail sportif en Europe (particulièrement en Espagne et en France via sa fusion avec le groupe JD Sports / ISRG), Sprinter propose une vaste gamme de produits allant du fitness au football en passant par l'outdoor. L'enseigne se positionne sur un modèle accessible avec une offre mêlant de grandes marques internationales (Nike, Adidas, Puma) et des marques propres techniques, tout en développant une stratégie omnicanale forte (magasins physiques et e-commerce).
Le Projet : Déploiement d'un écosystème Odoo complet pour un distributeur spécialisé dans l'impression grand format, avec intégration native au site e-commerce et au CRM HubSpot, puis internalisation de la comptabilité. Le projet a nécessité des développements sur mesure importants pour répondre aux spécificités métier (listes de prix à la surface, RFA complexes, objectifs commerciaux).
Résultats :
- Mise en production de l'intégration Odoo :flèche_bidirectionnelle: HubSpot :flèche_bidirectionnelle: site e-commerce avec synchronisation des commandes, produits et contacts en temps réel.
- Internalisation de la comptabilité au 1er janvier 2025 en remplacement du cabinet externe (CBA), avec 4 ateliers de formation dédiés.
- Développement d'un module de stock de sécurité sur mesure avec export Excel automatisé pour les achats.
- Développement de tableaux de bord commerciaux avancés (LTM, top clients, panier moyen, nouveaux clients).
- Mise en place d'un système de RFA (remises de fin d'année) par tranche et par groupe d'entreprises.
- Migration de v16 vers v19 réalisée avec maintien de la continuité de service.
