Les commandes saisies le matin même dans le module Vente d'Odoo arrivent en temps réel à la production, permettant une gestion fluide et efficace des expéditions. L’intervention a également porté sur la gestion avancée des prix et des clients, avec la mise en place des listes de prix par société/site web, l’organisation des clients B2B et B2C, ainsi que l’ajustement des arrondis sur les prix de vente.
Enfin, un travail approfondi a été réalisé sur la personnalisation et la conformité, intégrant la gestion des frais douaniers, des entrepôts et des coûts de revient, ainsi que l’optimisation des traductions et la personnalisation des affichages sur les rapports PDF.

Schuurhuis is specialist in hoogwaardige meetapparatuur, gereedschappen en machines voor deGWW- en hovenierssector. Het assortiment varieert van waterpassen, lasers en GPS-apparatuur tot
straatmaker- en hoveniersgereedschap. Naast verkoop staat Schuurhuis bekend om hun
servicegerichte aanpak, met onder andere laserkalibratie, onderhoud, reparaties en flexibele
verhuuroplossingen. Hiermee ondersteunen zij klanten in het veilig en efficiënt uitvoeren van hun
werkzaamheden.
Met het oog op de ambities voor de komende vijf tot tien jaar ontstond bij Schuurhuis de behoefte aan
een centraal businessplatform dat fungeert als het hart van de organisatie. Een platform waarin data
op één plek samenkomt, processen inzichtelijk zijn en knelpunten snel kunnen worden herkend en
aangepast. Flexibiliteit, data gedreven werken en het eenvoudig aanpassen van workflows waren
daarbij belangrijke uitgangspunten.
Op advies van de interne IT-specialist is Schuurhuis in gesprek gegaan met Odoo. Na een eerste
verkenning is Tripleorange.com aangehaakt als implementatiepartner. In vervolggesprekken, demo’s
en een detailinventarisatie is samen gekeken naar de processen binnen Schuurhuis en hoe deze
optimaal ondersteund kunnen worden binnen één geïntegreerd systeem.
De keuze voor Odoo is gemaakt vanwege de flexibiliteit en de mogelijkheid om alle kernprocessen,
zoals verkoop, inkoop, voorraad, service en verhuur, samen te brengen binnen één platform.
Doelstelling: het stroomlijnen van deze processen, het verminderen van handmatig en dubbel werk en
het realiseren van een efficiënte, foutarme en deels geautomatiseerde werkwijze.
Met Odoo als centrale basis en Tripleorange.com als partner werkt Schuurhuis aan een
toekomstbestendige inrichting van de bedrijfsvoering, waarin processen schaalbaar zijn en
meebewegen met de groei van de organisatie.
