Philip’s Biscuits is een icoon in Antwerpen, geliefd om hun dagverse, ambachtelijk gebakken koekjes. In hun bakatelier wordt met passie en vakmanschap gewerkt om steeds opnieuw de hoogste kwaliteit te leveren. Maar terwijl hun koekjes perfect zijn, was hun interne werking dat niet.Het bedrijf maakte nog geen gebruik van een ERP-systeem.
