Verbeterde voorraadbeheer, dat in Odoo toch mogelijk is ondanks het feit dat Alcochem geen klassiek distributiebedrijf is en niet werkt met vrije voorraden.
Beheer van grote voorraden verspreid over 8 à 9 warehouses wereldwijd.
Gebruik van landed-cost binnen het voorraadbeheer.
Na de succesvolle implementatie van Odoo samen met dooIT, bleek Alcochem zelfs in staat zoveel efficiëntiewinst te behalen binnen de financiële administratie, dat zij is in staat was één volledige FTE te elimineren. Door Odoo is Alcochem in staat om nog verdere tijd te besparen. De volgende stap is om de webshop voor Alcochem Hygiëne te gaan realiseren volledig in Odoo en met de bar code scan app te gaan werken. Hiervoor gaat Alcochem samen met dooIT migreren naar Odoo versie 18, waarin dit standaard beschikbaar is.
De overstap van Cash naar Odoo heeft Alcochem dus efficiency gebracht maar ook toekomstbestendig gemaakt.
