Description : Acteur majeur de l'éveil ludique, Pandacraft propose des kits thématiques mensuels (magazine et activité manuelle) pour les enfants de 1 à 12 ans. Basée sur le concept du "apprendre en faisant", l'entreprise stimule la curiosité et la créativité des jeunes lecteurs à travers des sujets variés comme la science, l'histoire ou la nature.
Le Projet : Simplification et unification du système d'information (SI) pour remplacer une multitude d'outils fragmentés (Sellsy, Zoho, Google Sheets). Les défis techniques majeurs incluaient :
- L'obtention d'une vision globale et en temps réel des stocks.
- La mise en place d'un flux spécifique entre les plateformes e-commerce et Odoo pour piloter la consommation de stocks sans passer par le processus classique de commande de l'ERP.
- La gestion des flux logistiques liés à un modèle d'abonnement récurrent.
Résultats :
- Migration : Déploiement complet des modules Achats, Stocks et Comptabilité en seulement 6 mois.
- Écosystème connecté : Intégration réussie d'Odoo avec Shopify et une plateforme d'abonnement spécialisée via un Data Warehouse.
- Automatisation logistique : Automatisation totale des échanges de données entre Odoo et les plateformes logistiques externes pour une expédition fluide des kits.
