Oxagile is a service provider of IT outsourcing and custom software development. The company specializes on European and American markets. The company's service package covers all stages of the software development life cycle, including requirements and business analysis, architecture design, prototyping, development, quality control and end-user support.
The project is an ERP system based on Odoo Enterprise with a set of integrated applications (Accounting, Consolidation, Inventory, Expenses, Sales, Purchase, Documents) customized (including the development of a new Contracts module) to the needs of the Company, as well as integrated with external systems (Expertise, 1C, XERO).
Odoo system:
- provides reliable storage of information, its updating, viewing using various filters and groupings;
- provides interaction between departments, allows you to comment and communicate within the elements of the system;
- provides control over payments for outgoing and incoming invoices, by generating a payment calendar based on data on payment deferrals;
- informs interested users about changes in the status of documents and records;
- reduces the time for processing incoming and outgoing documents by reducing the amount of manual data entry;
- controls the accuracy of budget planning;
- receives reports on the current financial condition of Oxagile in the context of the CFD (profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, balance sheet, report on receivables and payables);
- maintains financial statements according to IFRS standards;
- prepares consolidated financial statements of several legal entities;
- generates the necessary documents in accordance with the requirements: supplier's invoice, seller's invoice.
