This app will allow you to manage your business related to private security guard agency & armed security guard management as per the flow shown in the below screenshots.

Main Features:

Configuration:

  • This app has basic two group user roles: 1. Security Officer and 2. Security Manager
  • Define the security service product to tick the security product.
  • The security manager can create a security guard and check Is Security Guard assigned as the security guard.
  • Security managers can create and manage the security guard types.
  • Security can create and manage the security guard's general question.
  • Security can create and manage the security guard training.

    • Process:

  • Allow creating requests for security guard requests by customers on a website.
  • The system will create a crm lead in the backend from customer requests from the website.
  • The sales manager can create a quotation from lead / pipeline crm with a security guard product.
  • The sales manager can confirm sales orders and add a sales order line with security guards.
  • Sales managers can create shifts of the guard from sales orders.
  • Security officers can add security guards' information as shown.
  • Security officers can add information regarding the guard type, recruitment, etc.
  • Security officers can add personal details to security guards.
  • Security officers can add guard survey details on security guards.
  • Security officers can add guard training details on security guards.
  • Security officers can add guard arms / handovers details on security guards.
  • Security officers can add incident reports details to security guards.
  • Security officers can view and manage guard working timings as shown.
  • Security officers can define the guard's working schedules.

    • Invoice user can validate (post) of customer invoice.
    • Also do other things related to odoo standard invoice process.
