Product Access Control Advance
Simple and flexible product access rules definition
By default, Odoo has no restrictions own accessing products. Each internal user can have access to all products without any restrictions. This module adds the access control functionality to product. This module is powerful and simple to be configured.

Simple access control to Product
Introduce Universal access control by using Product Access Tags. If an user and a product have the same tag, the user can see that product.
Powerful access control to Product
- One user can have multiple Product Access Tags. One Product can have multiple Product Access Tags. Therefore, you can make powerful access control by adding Tags to Users and Product Catergory or Product.
- In the case that a product or the Product Caterogy does not have any Access Tags, The product will be accessible to all users.
Configuration
Create new Product Access Tag
Go to Settings -> Product Access Tags. Create a new Product Access tag.
Add Access Tags to Product Category
For any products that need access control, add the Access Tags in the Product Category. One Product Category can have multiple Access Tags
Add Access Tags to Product
In case you want the product have diffirent tags than the Product Catergory you can define it in Product form.
In the case that a product does not have any tags, all internal users can access to this product.
Add Access Tag to User
Add Product Access Tag to User form. Then the user will have access to all product that contain at least one of these Access Tags.
In the case that an User has Checkbox Access to All Product, the user will see all Products and there is no limitation own product tags.
