Auto Calculate comissions for the sales based on different shift and total order amount based on shift.
Application can be used to:
Auto calculation of commission for different shifts, rules( i.e. total orders amount per day, products, product categories etc.) and configures sales person per shift.
This module has been tested in community version 12 only

Configuration to calculate commission based on different criteria like product, product category or order amount. Where you can set start date and end date for different criteria for sales persons who are going to get benefits of commissoin.
You can configure different amounts range to measure commission values based on configured range amount, User will get the commission for the total orders amount per day/shift that will mapped with range defined for commision.
Added smart button inside employee form view to redirect the list of commissions rewared by that employee.
Complete process for configuration and functionality explained below.
After installation, go to Settings >> General Settings, in that click on Point of sale section, here you can select commission account in Commission section.
Now you can create different shifts from Point of sale >> Configuration >> POS Commission >> Commission Shift. In that you can set start and end time duration for shift. You can also configure in-charge persons and salesperson to display in saleorder line. You can give commission to in-charge person based on configuration like fixed amount or percentage.
After that you can create commission rule from Point of sale >> Configuration >> POS Commission >> Commission rules. In that you can set rule by shift that means active shift will apply to session and shift salesperson should display in orderline. Also you can assign different rule criteria.
There are different rule criteria that you can select. You can define benefials for that rule. You can select benefials and criteria like fixed commission amount or percentage.
Also define criteria based on Products or category or order amount, also you can select criteria in product/category like minimum quantity or amount. You can Select start and end date for specific date range purpose.
Then after you can allow to salect salesperson per orderline, to configure go to Configuration >> Point of sale, here you can see option Allow orderline user. By activating this option you can select active shift salesperon in POS screen and selected salesperson will get commission accordinly.
Also you can select commission rule in POS config to be applied. To select go to Configuration >> Point of sale, here in bottom you will see option, Commission Rule Group. Here selected rule will apply to sesion.
You can see option to select salesperson for orderline in POS screen. The salespersons that are configured in shift will display here (Active shift salesperson will dislpay here)
Selected salesperson will apply to orderline. You can see in order details.
There is a automated action, that will run everyday to assign commission to salesperson for each day. You can see commission for in-charge persons and salesperson.
Facility to pay commission amount to salesperson/in-charge person using invoice. Just need to select date range and salespersons and just pay.
Also You can set sales target for salesperson. There you can set different options like target period (Monthly, yearly etc..), date range. According to that you can generate target periods.
Directly you can see commissions for specific employee from employee form
